Summary: We have been using TSplus for many years, and following the latest Windows upgrades, we needed to update our licences. The process with TSplus was exceptionally straightforward, and the support team was outstanding throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

To make the experience even better, the cost was very reasonable — especially when compared with many other software providers.

Negative: I can't think of a single con with their software

Summary: I had an excellent experience with TSPLUS support. The response time on my ticket was extremely fast, and they even had two technicians join the support session to troubleshoot and resolve my issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend their support team!

Summary: All around, TSplus is a great system and has some critical addons such as their advanced Security that stands guard over the server. The system is very configurable and adapted to any use. Highly Recommend!

Positive: I was having some issues getting 2FA to work (my fault). The tech guys (Juan and Michael) persisted until we tracked it down and resolved it.

Negative: If there is a knock on the system it is that features get added, while the documentation lags behind. Typical of any software. In my case, there were two places where the same (or nearly the same) setting can be made. Once correct all went well again.

Summary: I have been using TSplus in my business for more than 10 years, and I have always seen constant improvements, such as the mobile edition. Fantastic support

Positive: Support it's always on time and useful, efficient people, update of version solves problems with windows.

Negative: License management site sometimes does not take past installations into account, price slightly increased

Positive: All the customization you can do is wonderful, the ease of use for the staff and how it adapts to the company.

Summary: We appreciate the good cooperation, licensing policy, and further developments. The farm support and the web portal are particularly noteworthy.

Positive: Very useful options, security features and customizations; very scalable (farm feature), excellent support!

Negative: Missing SAML/OIDC support. Is a highly requested feature;

Summary: So far so good. I have not yet experience any issues or problems regarding this product. We will see after a few months.

Negative: Nothing. Works as designed. For great price one gets a fully featured desktop and app publishing application.

Negative: Admintool UI froze on the printers tab when launched by domain admin who was not associated with printers group. It would be nice if there was a permissions check that occurred, and a warning on the user having insufficient rights before attempting to access the printer configuration. This was my own issue, but support was able to help me identify the root cause.

Summary: Good program relation price / cost in the market.

Summary: TSP RDP solution was worth migrating from our Citrix/Microsoft RDP environment. It is an affordable solution for our company. We've been with TSP for about 10yrs now. Very good experience.

Positive: We do a lot of stuff unique stuff with TSP so when we run into problems that was can't figure out Support is there to help. We usually get a response within an hour or less. We understand that can't always be the case but support rocks for us.

Negative: Nothing that I can say would be worth posting. Like everything in life there are ups and downs. The downs are few and far between.

Positive: The product does what it promises, that is make applications accessible across borders, which is my requirement.
The price and value is BALANCED!!
The security provided for a server environment simple and powerful.
