Nothing but thieves Date: Jan 09 2024
Summary: My experience has been horrible. The worst mistake I've ever made was allowing it to be transferred to blockchain.com. I thought I would give it a try it seemed like it would be easier than when I was currently using giving its link directly the sofa. I was wrong I crypto was on hold for about 2 weeks which was acceptable. But now they keep pushing it out a month 2 months now it's 3 months I can't transfer it I saw it but the money is stuck there I can't withdraw my money because apparently it's still on hold. In customer support either tells me that they need a screenshot of the problem which I've already sent them. Or another representative tells me that my funds are on hold still due to a mandatory hold time which for the crypto has already expired although it does appear to be random deposits that I thought I already withdrew that are still on hold.
Positive: The only Pro is they offer ACH transfers to and from a bank account. And even that is compromised by their excessive hold times.
Negative: They have extremely long hold times for all money transfers. Their fees are excessively high. They have no available tech support that does not give simple platitudes or asking for more time to review the situation. And when you do encounter a problem with the whole time they just keep extending it rather than refunding your money or allowing you to transfer it out. At this point they might as well just be Thieves

Pirates of the internet Date: Nov 29 2023
Summary: Overall I was content to use their platform for my intentions, extremely high fees and hit and miss transaction speeds but that pill I could swallow. Untill they seized my funded wallets claiming I needed to verify my account, this is after multiple 10k+ transactions ($350-$400 each) keep in mind. Luckily there was only $200 dollars in my exchange wallet they'd commandeered but still enough for me to be concerned with and try to reappropriate. After a week of confusing "tickets" slash emails it was finally made clear that they wanted me to "provide proof of income" submit bank statements for the 3 months leading up to that point in time, and provide documentation for the destination of each transaction, all in PDF format. Me being a self-employed contractor this is a very daunting task, almost impossible and after trying to explain this to them was given absolutely zero information/advice on proceeding and told to refer to the prior email. Basically telling me "look at the first email we sent you" are you even open another ticket to extract more information and let them know that I didn't know how to proceed and they responded by telling me there was already a ticket open and then closed the ticket. After a month of frustration I emailed the representative who opened the case and told them I wanted to close my account and would like the remaining BTC released to me, because surely a company such as blockchain.com can't down right steal from you, right? 2 months into fighting this principal at this point the only response I received is to wait patiently and there's a case open already and the correct team will respond when it is resolved. This was only $200 BUT it could have been tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands and it wouldn't have mattered to them, they could have truly cared less. And the fact that a company can straight up steal from you after claiming to provide a service is preposterous to me. I did not obtain any funds siphon through that account illegally nor did I partake in any illegal activities using my account there, I simply traded cryptocurrencies which is what they advertise their services as and then they in turn punished me for doing so. Blockchain.com will steal from you, play dumb for as long as they can, and then simply ignore you until you're tired of bothering with it, do not trust these people with your hard-earned money. They will seize your accounts, take any currencies out of them and block your access, I can assure you after going through this process and doing research on my own, every person that uses their services eventually experiences this.
Positive: Traded crypto currency with relative ease.
At times, fast processing of transactions.
Simple enough to use.Negative: High transaction fees.

At times, experienced extremely slow transaction speeds.
By far the worst customer support/service I've ever experienced.
Maintain the ability to freeze all assets indefinitely with zero explanations or urgency to resolve the problem.
Essentially impossible to get in contact with a representative, don't bother trying to phone.
