Summary: Robust HR platform well-suited for small to medium-sized businesses. I would recommend this platform.

Positive: Simplifies payroll processing remarkably which is a huge time saver. Offers benefits management, time tracking, compliance help.

Negative: It is a bit pricey, especially for small businesses or startups.

Summary: Absolutely love it! Any add-ons I want to do (time clock for my staff), or bonus, or commission is all on the same platform. They have hiring and onboarding for new employees and it simply makes your life so much easier!!

Positive: As a business owner, I used to dread having to do payroll for my employees. But Gusto makes it super easy. Once your employee has entered in the system and you have stated how they are getting paid i.e. hourly or salary, it's super easy to do payroll. I have been able to do payroll while on an airplane, during dinner and by the beach on my iPhone! I simply enter the total hours worked and it's done. It literally takes me seconds!

Negative: There are no cons. They provide in one platform within Gusto- worker's compensation services, health insurance (you don't have to look for plans) they help you narrow the best options for where you live, and offer 401K plan and so much more! Everything you need is all in one place and one log in!

Summary: Great way to take care of payroll! And I like that it gives options for a savings account too. Very easy to setup and utilize.

Positive: Very easy to use, and has many features. The app and website are both streamlined and intuitive to use.

Negative: No complaints so far! I don't have to use it very often, but when I do it's always very easy to accomplish the tasks I want.

Summary: Using Gusto has taken my bookkeeping business to the next level. They have streamlined something that used to be a nightmare to deal with!

Positive: I use Gusto as my payroll solution for my bookkeeping business. They have the best prices for the services provided. Their platform is easy to use and navigate, they offer benefits and HR solutions in addition to payroll, and they've automated new employee onboarding which means less work for me!

Negative: I can't think of anything I don't like about Gusto. They are so easy to use and the customer service is responsive and helpful as well.

Summary: I wish every single software tool I use at work works as well as Gusto does. It's absolutely incredible -- I constantly refer other nonprofit EDs or small business owners to it. Highly, highly recommend.

Positive: Gusto is an incredible product. Everything is easy to find. It's intuitive. Every bit of information I need is at my fingertips. Their support is responsive and kind. And there's even a cute little (seasonally decorated!) animated pig that trots across your screen while it loads!

Negative: I would love to see Gusto expand benefits offerings to more states. Their service is so incredible that we would like to use them for more, but they don't offer benefits in our state.

Summary: Gusto is the future of payday. With many great elements, I'm glad my employer uses it. It's wonderful to have all of my wage-related documents at my fingertips.

Positive: With Gusto, I can see when I'm getting paid, as well as the amount. I can also view my W-2's and paystubs. On top of that, I can make tax-deductible donations straight from the site.

Negative: I have personally never had a negative experience with Gusto. Employees who prefer a paper paycheck may not like the digital aspect, I suppose.
